The hotel rooms are very nice, undergoing upgrades which is great to see. Our room had a refrigerator, which was convenient for keeping water cold. However, we couldn't find the temperature switch to make it colder. The room faced the rear side of the hotel, away from any elevator and ice machine.

The service here goes over the top to ensure everything is perfect. During our extended stay, Lauren at the front desk was caring and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable at all times.
